About TISCH.Company
Hi, I'm Florian and I'm the co-founder of TISCH.company. I have a PhD in mechanical engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Collège des Ingénieur.
I have always worked a lot and, above all, enjoyed it. As a result, I have spent a lot of my life at desks. In recent years in particular, I have realised that although the world of work is constantly changing, the working environment usually remains the same. That they no longer match the requirements in the company or even in your own home office. That's why I decided to simply build office furniture myself. The result is the TISCH.Company.

During the pandemic, I also gradually optimised my home office workspace: The tangle of cables was moved to ducts, the monitor got an ergonomic mount and my coffee cup got a small heating plate.
After the lockdown, I realised for the first time how impractical a lot of things in the office actually are - and that office furniture still looks like it did 50 years ago. However, I couldn't find a good solution anywhere, so together with Florian I decided to simply take the whole thing into my own hands!

FAQ
New Work describes a new type of corporate culture and an innovative way of combining work, everyday life and life. Companies that embrace New Work are moving away from the traditional working day with fixed workplaces and hours. Instead, New Work focuses on location-independent working, desk sharing, flexible and individualised working hours and a high degree of self-determination.
The table has a total of 4 USB ports: Two USB-A and two USB-C ports directly on the work surface - with a practical push-lock mechanism for ease of use retractable.
User management is particularly interesting for desk sharing: you can save all the personal settings for your workstation - desk height, screen brightness, your personal reminders such as drinking water or getting up regularly. Together with the TISCH app, all you have to do is place your smartphone on the desk and you will be recognised and logged in immediately via NFC tag!
It is also possible to integrate booking systems for workstations: The smart LED strip shows you at a glance which desk is still free without you having to spend a long time searching through confusing office plans. Here we are preparing collaborations with many partner companies, you can find out whether your system is included HERE.
We produce almost all of the tables ourselves to ensure the highest quality and, above all, ecologically valuable products for you. In some areas, however, we don't reinvent the wheel and work with established partner companies, for example for height adjustment, which we select according to our high quality and ethical standards. Here too, however, we have taken the opportunity to optimise a few things before installation 😉
The low-noise height adjustment can be infinitely adjusted between 67 cm and 127 cm - you can simply save your optimum values in your profile and adjust them automatically! If you wish, your table can remind you to stand up regularly.
The surface made of natural linoleum not only looks stylish, it also offers an optimum working atmosphere thanks to its warm, pleasant feel and its anti-bacterial and anti-static properties! Linoleum is also easy to clean, slip-resistant and, thanks to its high proportion of rapidly renewable raw materials, particularly climate-friendly and almost completely biodegradable: it consists of up to 98 per cent natural raw materials such as linseed oil, jute and wood, of which up to 73 per cent grow back particularly quickly. These raw materials bind the greenhouse gas CO₂ as they grow, making an active contribution to climate protection.
The smart LED strip consists of 72 individually addressable LEDs and thus enables a variety of innovative functions: Status display for MS Teams calls, timer & hourglass, appointment reminder, active breaks, booking status for desk sharing, silent call signal, SmartCoaster status and much more!
The term New Work has been around for a long time - at least in theory. Due to the pandemic, many companies have but has finally managed to take a big step towards digitalisation: Working from home has been made possible, processes have been converted to paperless, and the time and place of work can suddenly be organised much more freely.
